Data-Shield Expands Operations with New Offices



New site to house technical teams and equipment testing labs



Chester, Cheshire, - June 30th, 2008 - Data-Shield Ltd, a provider of maintenance, support and migration services with a focus on legacy and specialist equipment has opened new offices in Chester, Cheshire as a base for an expanded range of technical services.

"We have grown extensively over the last year and a second site will allow us to set up dedicated work areas for product testing and configuration," comments David Carr, Managing director for Data-Shield, "The new offices will also allow us to respond faster to the needs of partners within the area and provide an alternative location for meetings and project works.



Founded in 2004 by a core team of senior technical staff affected by a wave of mergers and acquisitions at several leading storage and networking vendors, Data-Shield has consistently delivered specialist expertise on legacy products from CNT, Inrange, McData, Brocade and IBM.
